Jessie is amazing! She helped me herself and she is the owner. I had a ton of junk jewelery and she stopped what she was doing and came over and helped me herself. And she gave a very fair price for things i thought werent worth anything at all. I love this place

I just went there today...Jessie is fantastic...she is kind and makes you feel so welcome. No one wants to go and sell their rings or jewelery that they have had for years...but when you have no money...and need food or gas...and have no choice...I recommend you going to Jessie at The Gold Exchange...Thank you so much for your help and making us feel so welcome and understanding...Not only did she purchase our items...but you will have a customer for life...Thank you.

I love shopping at the Gold Exchange and staff has always been helpful and courteous. Jessie has an amazing selection of metaphysical jewelry, gifts, and products as well as a great selection of more traditional jewelry in every price range. Cary crafts beautiful, one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces that always bring compliments, and not only does flawless repairs but also customized pieces. The jewelry side also features many beautiful crystal stones and jewelry for both men and women, as well as crystal singing bowls and drums. The pawn side is always busy and a wide variety of merchandise is neatly displayed, and always in working order and clean. The stuff tries hard to work with everyone who brings pawnable items to them, and they also buy gold and coins at fair market prices....way better than those one-day buying events that pop up in the area. Jessie is one of the most generous, caring people I have ever met, chairing many community fund raisers and contributing to others. She gives back to the community every day through her involvement in service and charitable groups, and always reflects a positive attitude. She gets an A++++ in my book!

Im so very impressed with this shop. The Owner was so kind. I went to another shop in Chico to sell my gold and was absolutely disappointed with their offer, I know the FMV of what I had. The owner at the Gold Exchange had told me two weeks ago what she would pay for it but for me to try on line first as it might bring the price up for me. Online was a bust sadly, so I took it back to the Gold. Exchange in Red Bluff, the owner remained as kind and knowledgeable as the first time I met her, and even though the gold prices had dropped a bit she stuck to her original offer. Now thats integrity. If you are looking for a fair and honest exchange, run dont walk to this place. Thank you Gold Exchange

After just going through a painful experience, I went into Gold Exchange to sell my wedding ring. I was greeted by a great staff, and was given a very fair price. Jessie the jeweler was so kind and comforting. Thank you for a great experience!

Was greated by an awesome friendly voice, after walking in, this person I believe her name was Abby? She was so helpful had all the answers she seemed really intelligent, and definitely knew her stuff! I had a good experience at this shop and with the staff was having a rough day prior and they really turned it around for me, so helpful, thank you all -Dave

The staff here is really friendly whenever I need a quick Buck I always come by usually when I'm low on bills and stuff like that I would recommend them to anybody they're really good and friendly they usually keep to the word I think they're the best shopping Town if you're looking for easy money or need quick help this is the place to go to I would get them a higher score but it won't let me so 5 would do just want to say thank you to all the workers and the owner for all the help they gave me over years

Great place, I have a 5 string bass and i put the strings on wrong and i went to see if they can and they did it for free! And i took my guitar in for truss rod adjustments and it was only 5 bucks! Whenever i take it to guitar center it’s always 40-80 bucks just for a string change or a simple truss rod adjustment 🤦🏻‍♂️ They’re always nice and welcoming 10/10 recommended.

Id give them 10 stars if possible. Jesse, Jason, Thomas & Jordan hv each gone above & beyond EVERY time ive walked through the door. They are all personable, friendly, beyond helpful, knowledgable and a pleasure to do business with. All around great group of honest , caring people!!!
